Fran Goldsmith, Founder

Fran has focused over 30 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship, and developing people into Curious Conversations.

In the early ‘90s, she identified curiosity as the leading quality behind peak performance. While curiosity is often held as a strong desire to know something, showing interest, or asking a lot of questions, Fran approaches curiosity as an intangible force which can be observed, learned, and measured. 

She developed the Core Curiosity Cultivators™ to help individuals and organizations learn advanced people reading, alertness, and awareness skills. These lead to Curious Conversations that can span across roles, cultures, and high-impact situations.

Along with her team and colleagues, she has proven the effectiveness of her approach within corporate and public settings through thousands of training workshops and coaching sessions with both groups and individuals.  

Fran has worked across a wide range of industries, partnering with Fortune 100 executives, leaders at large and mid-sized companies, high-performing entrepreneurs and their teams, startups, and nonprofits. Specializing in high-stakes conversations — from negotiations and promotions to pivots and critical decisions — she helps leaders create stakeholder alignment, sharpen strategic clarity, strengthen influence, and turn complex ideas into actionable direction. Her work shapes conversations that move people — and outcomes — forward.

Fran often provides mentoring to causes and people close to her heart and continues to help develop uplifting movie scripts, theater productions, and books. 

Delilah’s focus is on building high-impact learning strategies that elevate leadership, strengthen communication, and drive business performance through the Curious Conversations approach.

She specializes in helping business professionals elevate their presence and impact by applying the Core Curiosity Cultivators™ to develop confidence, adaptability, awareness, and authentic interactions.

With a background spanning both business and the performing arts, her goal is to cultivate environments where individuals and organizations thrive. She successfully founded and led for-profit theater companies and performance teams in Houston, Texas, and Times Square, New York. During this time, she designed and delivered innovative learning experiences – including customized productions, interactive workshops, and role-based simulations – to support professional development and organizational growth. 

Her background includes advanced studies in theatrical arts and high-performance learning systems, as well as extensive experience delivering programs in career development, team alignment, and sales effectiveness. In addition, she has created, directed, and performed in original musical comedy productions, bringing a unique creative perspective to her work.
